ASC Health Check

The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is the Australian Government agency responsible for supporting and investing in sport.

The ASC’s Club Health Check is an online self-assessment questionnaire designed to help clubs review how they are operating. The Club Health Check takes into account a number of factors critical to the success of your club, and presents overall recommendations on its operations.

The online assessment should take no longer than 30 minutes, and it is recommended that you have a couple of club representatives complete the questions together to ensure you get a full picture.

You will be emailed a comprehensive report upon completion of the assessment which will identify strengths and areas of improvements for your club. This report is very detailed, and Leisure Networks is here to help you interpret the findings and work through some recommendations for future actions.

Once you have received your report from the ASC, you can email it to our Sport, Recreation and Health team at [email protected]. We will then look through the findings and arrange a time to talk with you about further actions, useful resources and ways we can assist you.
